Um..may I ask. How many colours did you use to make a 15kb or lower icon that has a longer animation time for blinking or things like that?
This is amazing, and I would love to make something like this, but unfortunately, I can only make icons like the one I am using right now. Every time, my colours I use makes the kilobyes over the limit.

This is an awesome site for checking your color palette. According to it I'm using 41 colors (which is actually a lot ...) I looked at your original icon and it seems fine color-wise, but it's not 50x50. When you made it your icon, dA probably resized it and added a bajillion colors to it. Try starting on a 50x50 canvas, or resizing it in another program with filtering off. I hope this helps! C8 (and cute icon btw!)
